What you'll do

• Supervise all initiatives in the area of Procurement, driving the design and continuous improvement of the global Knauf Procurement Suite.
• Ensure a smooth operation of all services and applications within the product area.
• Lead IT Product Managers (m/f/d), Project Managers (m/f/d), Application Consultants (m/f/d), Operations Engineers (m/f/d), Developers (m/f/d), Testers (m/f/d), as well as key users and vendors.
• Communicate intensively with key stakeholders (e.g., steering committee) to support active change and adoption management.
• Continuously scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to identify further potential for improving procurement processes, as well as coach and develop your team members.

Who you are

• Strong track record in leading IT projects in procurement or a similar field.
• Excellent understanding of procurement solutions (e.g., Jaggaer, SAP Ariba), cloud, and AI technologies, as well as proficiency in project management tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Team player with a good mix of business process and IT knowledge.
• Experience in leading international and hybrid teams.
• Fluent in English, with ideally German skills, plus willingness for regular travel to Knauf locations worldwide.
