What can you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in analytic roles, with 3+ in performance marketing (preferably Meta focus)
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests strategically—balancing boldness and learning
  • Comfortable in early-stage, high-growth environments—quick thinking, quick action
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor—ability to quickly identify root causes of campaign performance and scalable opportunities with accurate data
  • Ownership mindset—of outcomes, blockers, and tasks—getting things done
  • Proven track record in both hands-on campaign execution and mentorship
  • Experience in complex, low-awareness, or high-friction categories is a plus

Your Impact
  • Leading our performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Paid Search, and Affiliates (AWIN, etc.)
  • Scaling Meta advertising—testing and iterating across audiences, creative, and user journeys to educate and convert customers about a high-impact, smarter product in a traditionally low-engagement category
  • Managing and coaching the Affiliates Manager—helping them plan, optimize, and grow the channel
  • Maintaining paid search (Google/Bing)—low-touch oversight and optimization
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and BI teams to gather data and inputs
  • Experimenting rapidly—preferring multiple tests each month over perfecting one idea quarterly
