As Senior Manager PM Brand - Margin, you will be responsible for providing top-tier financial support to the SVP Finance Europe & Commercial, the Commercial & Cluster FP&A Europe, the European BUs, and Range Architecture Europe. Your role is to help these teams achieve their objectives and contribute to adidas's overall goals. You will ensure business transparency and offer recommendations to facilitate fact-based decision making. Additionally, you will be involved in both short- and long-term planning and tracking of key KPIs such as Go-In Margin, Standard Margin, and Cost of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate annual fiscal margin target setting for Europe, aligning with global expectations, and perform analysis and scenario planning.
- Regularly analyze Europe’s Go-In and Standard Margin development, highlighting risks and opportunities, and maintain transparency within the FP&A community.
- Manage and execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analyses related to seasonal and fiscal margin developments.
- Oversee seasonal range planning, including detailed analysis of pricing and margin to optimize brand and financial impact.
- Analyze and simulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability and product mix efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the EU Pricing Policy and optimize related processes, providing necessary documentation for controls testing.
- Collaborate with the IBP team to enhance margin planning through key assumptions on product mix, GSP, and LCP.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical tools to support margin and pricing planning processes.
- Lead medium to large projects, ensuring implementation and sustainability of outcomes.
- Innovate and improve working methods to contribute to departmental success.
- Advance horizontal margin management topics, including planning processes and financial forecasting.
- Create and present communication packages with findings, recommendations, and solutions to FP&A Europe and the European SLT.

Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in business administration or finance; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a marketing or brand-driven environment is preferred.
