In this high-impact role, you will report directly to our CHRO and play a pivotal part in designing, managing, and executing strategic people transformation initiatives across 17 markets in Asia and Europe.

This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with a background in management consulting or in-house global transformation roles who brings a deep understanding of organizational change management, HR transformation, and cross-functional, as well as cross-cultural program delivery. Step in as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, guiding intricate global People initiatives from concept to successful realization.

  • Partner closely with the CHRO and executive stakeholders to define project scopes, priorities, and resource allocation for global HR initiatives.
  • Design and drive organizational change strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure the success of large-scale change efforts.
  • Develop and implement governance structures and reporting mechanisms to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g. Finance, Tech, Legal, Comms) to ensure smooth integration of People initiatives within the broader business strategy.
  • Provide strategic input on organizational design, process optimization, and workforce planning as part of ongoing transformation efforts.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working and enhance delivery capabilities within the People team.
  • Serve as a mentor and thought partner within the People PMO function, supporting capability-building and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, ideally with a strong foundation in top-tier consulting and/or leading HR transformation programs within global organizations.
  • Proven experience leading People-related projects, especially in the areas of organizational change, HR transformation, and cross-border program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, comfortable shaping long-term vision while also driving execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level influence and cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
