How you will create an impact :

  1. Hiring: Support partner recruiting processes in collaboration with local HR, Legal, and the Board.
  2. Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new partners, maintaining proper documentation.
  3. Separations & Offboarding: Manage partner separations ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  4. Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate salary reviews, bonuses, and payroll communication with relevant teams.
  5. HR Policies: Handle requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work in collaboration with local HR.
  6. Shareholder Processes: Support partner election and confirmation procedures, and contribute to process improvements.
  7. Board Policies & Processes: Manage ad-hoc requests, support policy updates, and communication.
  8. Performance & Development: Support performance management, evaluation, and leadership development initiatives.
  9. HR Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate partner HR records and ensure data integrity.
  10. Reporting: Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership as needed.

About you :

  • Minimum six years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international setting, working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, and exits
  • Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity) within a global matrix organization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM) and digital tools (MS 365); advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Ability to confidently work with senior executives, providing high-touch HR support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus
