We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Steel to join our Naval Architecture and Outfitting Chapter to help deliver innovative and sustainable cruising, based within our Papenburg Site Office.
Role Overview
You will be a specialist in Carnival Corporate Shipbuilding, and recognised expert within and outside your own discipline. As a chapter member, you will play a vital role within a dynamic and agile team, contributing to technical excellence, sharing specialized knowledge, and actively collaborating with fellow team members to foster innovation and achieve excellence.
You will be a recognised representative for the Steel discipline in interactions with key stakeholders (brands, corporate entities, consultants, and external bodies, and other CCS departments. As a Senior Manager, Steel, your main tasks will be around construction & inspection supervision of hull construction in Meyer Werft, Papenburg, but might also require random travelling to external production sites located mainly in Poland. In addition to this your skills and expertise could be utilized to support the ship design, plan approval, commissioning, sea trials, and final acceptance process, for newbuilds and provide post-delivery support as directed by project demand.
