As a (Senior) Manager of Operational Excellence at REAX Advisory GmbH, your responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing consulting projects within the HIH Group and for external clients, focusing on operational excellence across the entire value chain of real estate or infrastructure investments.
• Modeling and optimizing complex, multi-stage processes for property, asset, fund managers, and investors.
• Identifying cost and efficiency potentials and exploring digitalization options.
• Evaluating and developing organizational structures and partner networks.
• Developing KPI systems to manage the value chain.
• Managing projects from analysis to conception and implementation.
• Communicating project progress and results effectively to top management.
• Supporting business development activities, including project acquisition and marketing.
• Serving as a strategic partner to management on various topics, including research and new business areas.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent university degree, preferably in economics or related fields.
• Professional experience in a reputable management consultancy, ideally with a focus on real estate or infrastructure, or relevant experience in real estate investments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
