Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Site Support Services to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Project Management Organization, Procurement, Testing, Work Planning, and Cost Estimating functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Project Directors and Vice Presidents, to deliver high-quality non-engineering services that support our commercial nuclear operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project and Client needs and budget constraints
  • Develop and implement robust testing, commissioning, and quality assurance strategies to support successful turnover of engineering package to Operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish work planning procedures that enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide accurate cost estimating and budgeting for new nuclear and nuclear retrofit projects, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring that all service delivery meets the highest standards
  • Travel regularly to S&L offices and client sites to support projects and maintain client relationships

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing site support services within the nuclear or energy sector
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Established Relationship with Nuclear Utility Management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel as required (25%-35%)

Compensation Range
