A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate to oversee title and real estate matters during renewable energy project development. The candidate must have a strong real estate background and renewable energy experience. Responsibilities include managing negotiations with title companies and preparing necessary documents. Competitive salary between $140,000 and $170,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager of Real Estate is responsible for providing a comprehensive strategy across all US Development for all title and real estate related matters during the development phase of renewable energy projects. Requires a high degree of knowledge related to the overall US Development Pipeline and Strategic Development Initiatives.
This position reports to the Director of Real Estate, or another management personnel that the President/Senior Vice President of the Company may designate. This position is remote, and the working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 15%.
