About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join the Non-Commission Revenue team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) team is responsible for managing the in-app advertising revenue and promotions product performance of the regions: setting ambitions, aligning on targets, and following up on performance to maximize value. The team also sets and aligns the commercial strategy with regions, understands local vendor needs and business opportunities, and influences new product concepts and features.

Key stakeholders include the central product and data teams, as well as regional product and commercial teams. The NCR team ensures ongoing alignment with these stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Delivery Hero’s Global Revenue team in shaping the non-commission revenue strategy.
  2. Identifying gaps in current strategies, creating frameworks, and designing plans to improve product performance and platform growth.
  3. Developing hypothesis-driven analyses to estimate impacts of initiatives and prioritize them.
  4. Formulating data-based commercial strategies and aligning them with senior management.
  5. Identifying and addressing business issues, supporting product concept development, discovery, and rollout.
  6. Managing relationships with regional counterparts and tech teams, tracking project progress, and providing guidance.
  7. Preparing Go To Market strategies and sales enablement materials to support regional sales efforts.

Qualifications for success:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or internet companies; experience in advertising and promotions strategy is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable with data ambiguity, and capable of hypothesis validation.
  • Hands-on mentality, driven, structured, and logical thinker.
  • Highly motivated, communicative, energetic, and independent.
  • Ability to achieve goals in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in APAC markets.
  • Technology experience, preferably in AdTech.
