Regeneron GmbH in Munich seeks a Senior Manager Market Access for the DACH region to secure market access and reimbursement across its portfolio. The role collaborates with Medical, Commercial, Global Market Access and Pricing teams in a hybrid office setting.

You will lead pricing and access initiatives for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, oversee §35a dossier work and participate in G-BA hearings and negotiations. Fluency in German and English is required.

• Develop market access and pricing strategies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Lead dossier development under §35a SGB V, including consultations and G-BA hearings.
• Support reimbursement price negotiations under §130b SGB V, including GKV SV engagement.
• Develop contracting strategies and manage rebate contract tender processes.
• Monitor healthcare policy developments and assess portfolio implications.

• You build trusted stakeholder partnerships to advance access objectives.

This role requires:

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Market Access & Pricing, including market access strategy development and benefit assessment dossiers.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare policy, and medicines legislation.
• Experience handling contracts with statutory health insurance funds.
• Ability to evaluate clinical, health economic, and market data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience with reimbursement price negotiations under §130b SGB V.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, neurology, rare disease, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.

Salary Range (annually) €92,250.00 - €153,750.00
