Regeneron is seeking a Regional Access Lead to drive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across Europe from a hybrid work base. You will coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to align evidence generation and economic models with payer requirements.

With ten years in pharma and eight in market access, you will influence cross-functional decision-making, manage regional submissions, and engage payers and policymakers to support patient access.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years' pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and negotiation success.
• Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.

You bring an agile, collaborative mindset when influencing cross-functional teams.

This role requires:

• Ten years' pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment, and negotiation success.
• Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
• In‑depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
• Advanced life sciences, health economics, or business degree preferred.
• Fluent English; another European language and neurology experience are advantageous.
• Strong communication, data synthesis, matrix working, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary Range (annually)

€125,250.00 - €208,750.00
