You will advise risk departments, implement Basel III/IV, MaRisk, and build governance structures, risk and valuation models, and lead cross-functional workshops with clients. On-site client work is expected, with fluent German and English required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the financial sector with a focus on risk management.
• Familiar with Basel III/IV or MaRisk and applying this expertise daily.
• Strong professional network across banks, asset managers and market infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and risk data models.
• Fluent in German and English for cross-border stakeholder communication.

• Develop governance structures and control mechanisms to optimize processes and ensure future-proof risk management.

• Design and implement risk and valuation models that create tangible, real-world value for our clients.

• Provide robust projectleadership by directing cross-functional teams and driving active stakeholder engagement to execute large-scale implementations on time and within budget.

• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by positioning yourself as a trusted risk management expert and leading engaging workshops or training sessions.

• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, acting as an innovation driver who translates these insights into practical, ready-to-use solutions.

Your ticket

• Your educational foundation is a degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus.

• You bring 4-7 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on risk management.

• Regulatory frameworks like Basel III/IV or MaRisk are familiar to you, and applying this complex expertise is a natural part of your daily work.

• You bring a well-established and resilient professional network across banks, asset managers, and marketinfrastructures, enabling you to build trusted, long-lasting clientrelationships.

• You have an affinity for data and bring hands-on experience with data analysis and risk data modelsto the role.
