You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to value delivery in post-merger integration. Responsibilities include:

  1. Pre-acquisition:
  2. Leading Financial Buy Side Due Diligence with external advisors and M&A team.
  3. Translating financials to Apleona standards.
  4. Supporting synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning, and integration.
  5. Post-acquisition:
  6. Establishing standardized financial reporting for new acquisitions.
  7. Monthly tracking of actuals vs. plan, with top management discussions.
  8. Creating summary reports per acquisition.
  9. Collaborating with the finance team of the acquired company for performance reports.
  10. Communication:
  11. Interacting with Group Controlling, Chief Integration Officer, M&A team, and Corporate Development.
  12. Engaging with senior management, including CEO, CFO, and business unit heads.
  13. Leading PMI communication with shareholders (international PE firms).

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling.
  • Experience in Transaction Services is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with local finance organizations.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a performance-oriented culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multitasking skills.
  • Senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
