Join our Client´s Financial Advisory – M&A Transaction Services team and support clients in making strategic investment and financing decisions. You’ll play a key role throughout the M&A lifecycle, using cutting-edge analytics and insights to drive value.

Your Impact :

Leadership : Manage projects, lead teams, enhance processes, and develop machine-learning models

Data & Analytics : Plan and execute data-driven M&A workstreams

Valuation & Business Planning : Assess financials and business plans using advanced analytics

Risk & Growth Drivers : Identify opportunities and risks in M&A targets

Reporting & Visualization : Create interactive dashboards and financial factbooks

Your Profile :

Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or similar

Experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Audit (industry expertise is a plus)

Strong analytical skills with SQL / Tableau (Alteryx, Power BI, QlikSense a plus)

Leadership experience and excellent communication skills

Fluency in German (B2 / C1) & English (C1)
