Senior Manager Lean Management (f/m/d)
Join our team as a Senior Manager Lean Management and lead the charge in transforming our Production plants in the Business Division Incontinence Management into a lean, efficient, and innovative powerhouse. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Operational Management and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of our organization. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize processes across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Lean Strategy: Support in the further development of an integrated Lean strategy and framework that takes into account the specific needs of the company and objectives of the Incontinence Management Division.
- Training and Coaching: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels in Lean principles and tools to ensure widespread adoption and successful implementation of Lean methodologies.
- Process Optimization: Drive AM, PM work processes together with ownership in the different plants.
- Lean Leadership: Drive the operational results with all plants and organizations of our Incontinence Division.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including management, employees, suppliers, and customers to align on Lean objectives, drive engagement, and effective implementation of Lean program.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular assessments, and analyze results to evaluate the success of the Lean program.
- Represent the Incontinence Division in the Global Lean Network, sharing and implementing best practices.
- Promote a culture of Digital/Industry 4.0: Integrate digital tools to enhance Lean initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields.
- Several years of experience in Lean environment and in implementing Lean methodologies and leading Lean initiatives within large organizations; experience in a central area is advantageous.
- Profound knowledge in program and project management with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Proven track record of applying Lean principles and methodologies, with the ability and passion to teach and coach Lean to a wide range of organization with the target of improving results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with previous experience in change management.
- Fluent in English and the ability to collaborate on a cross-functional and international level.
- Willingness to travel (~30-50%)
