Our HR team in Bonn is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to support labor law matters, develop strategies, manage the European Workscouncil, negotiate collective agreements, and ensure legal compliance. The role involves building relationships with employee representatives, handling disputes, and staying updated on labor legislation.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in Law focusing on Labor Law or similar qualification
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in labor relations and law, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining, and EU regulations
  • Proven experience working with work councils and labor courts
  • Project management skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
