Tasks

As a Senior Manager IT Security & LISO (m/f/d), your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategic development and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with corporate guidelines such as TISAX.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies, standards, and procedures within IT projects (SDE), aligned with business processes in retail and automotive sectors.
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits (e.g., TISAX assessments).
• Analyzing security incidents, managing incident response processes, and monitoring action plans.
• Advising on IT projects and overseeing the technical testing and IT security approval of solutions.
• Coordinating closely with Corporate Information Security, IT, Data Protection Officer, Compliance, and Risk Management teams.
• Managing training and awareness programs across all organizational levels.
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators).
• Serving as the contact for IT security-related projects, including selecting and managing external service providers and coordinating with relevant PAG IT departments.
