Senior Manager Information Security (m/w/d) (Ref.Nr. R1007095) in Voll- oder Teilzeit an unserem Standort in Ditzingen bei Stuttgart

Responsibilities:

As Senior Manager Information Security (m/w/d), you will plan and control operational information security to implement ISO 27001 requirements. In a highly complex and dynamic environment, you will actively shape the operation and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

This includes the following tasks:

1. Steering the operational operation of the ISMS and leading the associated processes at the local level.
2. Defining and planning information security-relevant processes at the local level while providing advisory support in designing global processes.
3. Developing suitable measures to ensure information security and integrating them into business processes.
4. Providing technical guidance and support to IS coordinators.
5. Advising Country CISOs and other units on security-related topics and accompanying the introduction of ISMS processes.
6. Conducting audits on information security both locally and globally.

Requirements:

1. Successfully completed Master's degree in Cyber or Information Security and solid knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 270xx.
2. At least five years of professional experience working in an ISMS and practical experience in building and operating such management systems.
3. At least three years of experience in project management and in managing service providers.
4. Quick comprehension, strong process thinking, and a methodical working style.
5. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
6. Excellent team and communication skills as well as assertiveness in conflict situations.
