Qualifikationen

Do you want to shape the future of HR through smart technology and data-driven insights?

We are looking for a passionate mind to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you combine HR process knowledge with technical expertise to drive innovation in our global HR landscape.

With a focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module and People Analytics, you take ownership of our key system, support strategic decision-making with data, and lead change across international HR IT projects. You act as an interface between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Technical responsibility & third-level support for SAP HR Success Factors Recruiting module
  • Designing and delivering SF process and system trainings for internal target groups
  • Serving as sub-project lead for international HR IT projects
  • Supporting vendor selection in collaboration with the IT department
  • Developing and implementing change management initiatives
  • Driving People Analytics across all Success Factors modules (e.g. current-state analysis, creation of dashboards)

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Experience with SAP HR SuccessFactors Recruiting and/ or Analytics
  • Project management knowledge, preferably with certification
  • Strong affinity for HR processes and systems
  • Authentic and business-fluent communication skills in English, German would be beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of
