We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will combine HR process knowledge with technical expertise to drive innovation in our global HR landscape.

With a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and People Analytics, you will own our key system, support strategic decision-making with data, and lead change in international HR IT projects. You will act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Technical responsibility and third-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module
  • Designing and delivering training on SF processes and systems for internal target groups
  • Leading sub-projects for international HR IT initiatives
  • Supporting vendor selection in collaboration with the IT department
  • Developing and implementing change management initiatives
  • Driving People Analytics across all SuccessFactors modules, including current-state analysis and dashboard creation

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Analytics
  • Project management knowledge, preferably with certification
  • Strong affinity for HR processes and systems
  • Fluent communication skills in English; German skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and processes
