Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support deployment and ongoing management of our Health & Safety framework across multi-site operations in Germany. You will partner with regional teams to promote consistency and lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation activities.

The role includes developing improvement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, supporting audits and incident investigations, and engaging with contractors to drive safety performance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Valid Health & Safety certification.
• Experience in H&S management within a complex operational environment.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• IOSH membership and progress toward Chartered status preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the deployment and ongoing management of Health & Safety framework.

• Provide Health & Safety guidance for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across operational and construction-related activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing Health & Safety improvement initiatives and action plans.
• Support the creation and monitoring of KPIs to measure safety performance and program effectiveness.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, reports, and certification activities.
• Engage with contractors, suppliers, and general contractors to drive safety performance and continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of safe systems of work and maintain current, effective emergency response procedures.
• Travel to operational sites as needed for Health & Safety initiatives, audits, inspections, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Valid professional Health & Safety certification
• Proven experience in Health & Safety management within a complex operational environment
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in data centers, high-voltage environments, construction, or other related industries is preferred
• Multi-site operational experience is preferred
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• IOSH membership (or local equivalent) and progress toward Chartered status (or local equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation practices
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and standard business applications
• Strong planning, organization, project coordination, report writing, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
