Introduction

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to bring our inbound lead generation engine to the next level. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role where your success directly translates to revenue impact and uncapped earning potential.

Your tasks
  • You build and execute multi‑channel inbound lead generation strategies (paid ads, SEO, content marketing, partnerships) to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • You develop content marketing strategy and distribution, create lead magnets and inbound content offers to drive organic growth.
  • You optimize website conversion rates, landing pages, and the complete funnel from awareness to conversion through data‑driven A/B testing.
  • You manage the marketing budget autonomously, running rapid weekly experiments to test unconventional channels and identify scalable opportunities.
  • You collaborate with Business Development, Strategy and Creative teams to ensure lead quality alignment and seamless handoff.
Your skills
  • 5 years in growth marketing or demand generation with proven B2B experience at 5–50M revenue companies.
  • Expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation and analytics.
  • Documented ROI from managing marketing budgets, hands‑on experience with CRO tools and landing page optimization.
  • Growth hacker mentality with comfort in experimentation and data‑driven decision making that prioritizes metrics over intuition.
  • Self‑directed individual contributor who works autonomously and makes AI‑driven decisions.
