Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Manager Global Service Parts and Technical Enablement to drive strategic spare parts initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and scale sustainable repair, reuse, and lifecycle solutions.

You will lead the expansion of the spare parts portfolio across business lines and coordinate cross-functional activities, budget, and delivery while engaging with R&D, Quality, and regulatory teams in a global matrix.

Qualifications

• You hold a university degree in engineering, science, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in Quality, R&D, Customer Services Systems Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs, ideally in CT/AT/XP/MR modalities.
• Strong technical understanding of medical imaging systems and related development, quality, and regulatory processes.
• Solid knowledge of PLM processes and practical experience in managing product and spare parts lifecycles, EoS processes, and SAP-based structures.
• Established network and credibility within R&D and Quality across modalities, with cross-functional alignment in international matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic expansion of the spare parts portfolio across multiple Business Lines and scale service spare parts concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure repair, rebranding, and relabeling concepts.
• Design cross-functional decision-making processes, work instructions, and release criteria for repair and reuse.
• Coordinate budget, resources, and implementation planning, plus quality topics with relevant departments.
• Own spare parts demand management and contribute to ongoing digitalization initiatives.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• You drive the strategic expansion of the spare parts portfolio across multiple Business Lines and are responsible for the successful scaling of the established service spare parts concept.
• You work closely with key stakeholders to continuously ensure concepts for repair, rebranding, and relabeling.
• You design cross-functional decision-making processes, work instructions, and release criteria for the repair and reuse of spare parts.
• You coordinate budget, resource, and implementation planning, as well as quality-related topics, in collaboration with the respective functional departments.
• You take ownership of spare parts demand management, monitor the development of the spare parts portfolio, and actively contribute requirements to ongoing digitalization initiatives.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• You hold a successfully completed university degree in an engineering, scientific, or comparable field.
• You bring many years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Quality, R&D, Customer Services Systems Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the CT, AT, XP, or MR modalities.
• You possess a strong technical understanding of medical imaging systems, their components, and the associated development, quality, and regulatory processes.
• You have excellent knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes as well as practical experience in managing product and spare parts lifecycles, End-of-Support (EoS) processes, and SAP-based spare parts and inventory structures.
• You have an established network and strong professional credibility within R&D and Quality organizations across different modalities.
• You have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional alignment processes and are confident working within international matrix organizations.
