Your Talent

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, preferably in Logistics
• Experience in process improvement and optimization with strong business acumen
• Experience working with logistics service providers (LSPs) and supply chain management
• Deep knowledge of global logistics processes and regulations
• Quick comprehension of processes with a strong business sense
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management
• Change management mindset with the ability to handle complex logistics issues
• Team player with a proactive attitude and pragmatic approach

Your Mission

• Implement global logistics strategies, projects, and operational tasks
• Develop new ideas, processes, or policies; explore and implement process improvements with stakeholders
• Support internal and customer-specific logistics requests, including guidance for sales subsidiaries and LSPs
• Serve as a key interface between global logistics business owners, sales subsidiaries, and LSPs
• Provide guidance and onboarding for new team members
• Oversee and optimize worldwide import deliveries for designated regions, including SOP & GSI creation and maintenance
• Review and enhance current KPIs and their logic
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with LSPs and sales subsidiaries, analyze root causes of non-performance, and suggest improvements
