Qualifikationen

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain or R&D fields for FMCG.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in project management with resilience and a 'doer' mentality.

About this Position Highly autonomous quality leader, with the capacity of building global capabilities that guarantees product quality at the design phase for Henkel Consumer Brand. What you´ll do

• Lead the development of the overall quality strategy for management of change, defining KPIs and performance improvement targets
• Build global quality excellence in innovation and renovation projects, including upskilling and transferring of quality best practices/lessons learned related to management of change
• Lead product design for quality for Global and European projects, including technical transfers.
• Quality stakeholder for Global and European innovations, ensuring quality alignment between innovation teams, operations and senior management
• Create and develop high-performance teams, able to define, lead and embed the quality requirements into the innovation process
• Drive initiatives to improve Quality Culture amongst innovation teams and key innovation stakeholders globally

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Production Management, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other relevant areas
• 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain and/or Research & Development fields for FMCG
  Experience in Project management
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Resilience, curiosity, and “doer” mentality paired with leadership skills
• Fluent English skills
