As Senior Manager for Lean & Change Processes at our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will drive sustainable improvements with your eye for the big picture. You will quickly recognise potential for optimisation, work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and know how to inspire people at all levels to embrace change.
The gross annual salary is between €87,400 and a maximum of €90,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.
Job description
Tasks
- Ensure implementation and sustainable compliance with the Airbus Operating System (AOS) throughout the organisation
- Facilitation of workshops such as Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri and Value Stream Mapping as well as conducting practical training for managers
- Initiation and support of structured Go-Look-Sees for analysis and optimisation directly on site
- Conducting self-assessments and industrial assessments in cooperation with the management level
- Definition of AOS roadmaps and Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) for the structured implementation of improvement measures
- Further development and standardisation of AOS tools, methods and processes
- Management and control of projects for the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Promotion of a sustainable lean culture and establishment of a continuous improvement process throughout the team
Requirements
- Completed technical or business studies
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement as well as initial professional experience in the field of manufacturing engineering
- Very good knowledge of change management
- Good expertise in lean management and total quality management (e.g. problem-solving methods)
- Know-how in the aerospace industry an advantage
- Confident in using Google Workspace applications
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), knowledge of French an advantage
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU required
