About the opportunity
As N26's Senior Manager, Executive Search you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and architect our Executive Search engine from the ground up. You'll build scalable, data-driven processes and partner deeply with our ELT to attract, engage, and secure transformative C-suite and VP-level leaders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed to lay the foundation for a world-class Executive TA team.
