Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a fundraising professional to support the President in external engagements, prepare briefings, and manage follow-up actions. You will draft donor correspondence, memos, proposals, and presentations while coordinating with program teams to steward initiatives for 2026 and 2027.

You will track donor activity in the CRM, assist with donor travel and events, and help execute stewardship touchpoints throughout the year.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of fundraising experience in campaigns or philanthropic work.
• Strong donor engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably NGP.

Requirements

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in fundraising at campaigns, advocacy organizations, philanthropic institutions, or other external‑facing roles.
• Knowledge and understanding of nuance and limitations in fundraising for 501(c)(4), 501(c)(3) and PACs.
• Proven track record of making asks and closing gifts.
• Experience staffing principals.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to engage with donors, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably NGP.
• Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 25%).
