Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking a proactive fundraising and partnerships professional to expand revenue through strategic alliances with NGOs, foundations, and corporate partners. You will manage key accounts and help shape our fundraising strategy in close collaboration with the Executive Board.

You will identify new funding sources, plan campaigns, and drive initiatives with a structured, goal-oriented approach in service of educational equity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fundraising/resource mobilization for an NGO, sales/business development, marketing, campaign management or CRM.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
