Area of Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Demand Planning Team in Europe, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
2. Take ownership of weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports, ensuring accuracy and data-driven insights.
3. Support continuous improvement of forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.
4. Follow standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems to enable consistency within the team.
5. Drive service level improvements in assigned sales areas while maintaining a high stock turnover rate.
6. Identify and proactively resolve key stock and inventory issues.
7. Own and execute assigned projects and responsibilities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a cross-functional network to align demand planning strategies with business objectives.
9. Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to drive decisions in disposition.

Profile of Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP within a global organization.
2. Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand drivers, and stock optimization strategies.
3. Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and provide direction to a team.
4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with short product life cycles and frequent changes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify key issues and drive solutions.
7. Technical proficiency in Excel, SAP Cloud Analytics, and Analysis for Office.
8. Strong time management and self-management skills.
9. Customer and team-focused mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
10. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to demand planning challenges.
11. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
