As a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation (EMEA/APAC), you'll play a critical role on our marketing team and will be responsible for the global strategy and execution of demand generation marketing campaigns in both German and French by working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaign plans for the EMEA/APAC markets including German and French specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional industry vertical strategies and clearly defined goals, objectives, tactics, and strategies.
  • Lead and guide the local demand generation team, providing mentorship and direction.
  • Align with internal global team and external agencies to manage paid digital, SEO & localised websites.
  • Oversee the regional demand campaign planning process, collaborating closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Localise and regionalise campaigns for Germany and France, working in partnership with the EMEA global team to execute successfully.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to create comprehensive campaign briefs and detailed project plans, including goals, messaging, themes, marketing channels, and schedules.
  • Work alongside vertical sales teams to plan, execute, and analyze dedicated demand generation campaigns.
  • Oversee the translation agency to ensure all campaign assets are translated as required.
  • Contribute to Vasion's demand campaign calendar, communicating the long-term vision and business objectives to key stakeholders and teams.
  • Monitor the industry landscape to devise effective go-to-market strategies, targeting key personas and identifying gaps within strategic accounts.
  • Manage the budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics for German and French markets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Requirements
  • Located near/in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Speak fluent German and English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in campaign management, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
  • Experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams.
  • Experience leading campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, messaging, positioning, targeting, segmentation strategies, and campaign analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working closely with a sales department and Account Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • You have an optimistic and positive attitude.
