Job Description:

What you'll do

• Develop the commercial customer lifecycle for our Sports WOW (Sky OTT) platform.
• Implement and enhance contact strategies based on customer segments, products, and behavior.
• Manage the execution of commercial strategies to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and derive strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional OTT projects, liaising with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Intelligence teams.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Business Administration or related field, with 5-6 years of professional experience; experience with Braze platform is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital entertainment or eCommerce customer communication and CRM.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, independent, structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
