Your assignments

1. Support diverse strategic initiatives, such as optimizing return on invested capital
2. Develop and refine metrics-based reports, providing deep dive analysis and business insights on the Kabi Group’s performance with a focus on costs
3. Conduct ongoing variance analysis to identify trends and propose measures for improvement
4. Contribute to the creation of budgets and forecasts for the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
5. Compile information into clear, impactful reports and dynamic management presentations that effectively communicate key insights
6. Drive internal analysis and external benchmarking
7. Provide support to local controllers, fostering collaborative efforts
8. Assist in investment decisions by leveraging your financial expertise
9. Support the execution of the digitization roadmap with a focus on front-end tools and dashboards

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• At least 3+ years of experience in FP&A / Controlling within an internationally operating company
• Ideally, experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry
• A structured work approach with strong analytical skills
• The ability to articulate and convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner
• Attention to detail and reliability
• High initiative and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Cross-functional thinking and a collaborative approach

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Excellent mastery of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW
