Qualifikationen

• Several years of M&A experience, preferably at a multinational corporation or investment bank.
• Excellent understanding of valuation and financial modelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

Jobbeschreibung

• Lead international buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across all business units from origination to execution
• Coordinate and execute due diligence reviews and steer external advisors
• Business valuations and financial modelling
• Support in negotiations of transaction agreements
• Support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions from the strategic analysis phase to execution
• Ensure corporate governance throughout the projects

What makes you a good fit

• University degree with a focus on business administration / economics or equivalent qualification
• Several years of M&A experience, preferably at a multinational corporate, renowned investment bank or corporate finance / strategy consulting firm
• Excellent understanding of valuation and financial modelling
• Experience in project management and in negotiating asset / share purchase agreements is beneficial
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and flexible personality with intercultural competence and strong teamwork skills
