Zusammenfassung

tesa is seeking a strategic leader to drive and continuously improve the corporate strategy process from planning through execution. You will support the Executive Board with analyses, business cases, and scenario planning to shape decisions across regions and business units.

The role requires 4–6 years in top-tier management consulting, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong financial modeling, Excel, and AI tool experience.

• Prepare high-impact management communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Leverage modern analytical methods, digital tools, and AI capabilities to enhance strategic decision-making and execution.

• Strong portfolio and project management knowledge.
• Highly proactive, with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including Executive Board and senior leadership.
