tesa is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support the global transfer pricing team in ensuring compliant, efficient processes. The role involves preparing documentation, data collection and analysis, and management of intercompany pricing, while collaborating with Finance, local entities, and external advisors.

The ideal candidate will have strong German and OECD transfer pricing knowledge, experience in international environments, and proficiency with SAP. Fluent English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Law.
• German Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) is an advantage.
• Professional experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, or Corporate Tax.
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and OECD Transfer Pricing principles.

Aufgaben

• Act as the central subject matter expert for transfer pricing governance across the Group.
• Coordinate, support and review OECD-compliant documentation (Master File, Local File).
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and transactional data to support pricing calculations.
• Assist in implementing group transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing processes.
• Support preparation and coordination of intercompany agreements in line with the transfer pricing model.
• Contribute to transfer pricing analyses, benchmarking support, and plausibility checks.
• Collaborate on improving transfer pricing policies, controls, and documentation standards.
• Assist with transfer pricing audits, requests, and dispute resolution by providing data and explanations.
• Contribute to process improvements, digitization, and standardization of templates and workflows.

As Transfer Pricing Manager, you will support the transfer pricing team in ensuring compliance, consistent, and efficient transfer pricing processes across tesa 's global organization. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation, support data collection and analysis, assist with intercompany agreement and transfer pricing calculations, and help strengthen process quality and transparency. You will work closely with Finance, local entities, and external advisors to mitigate tax risks and improve data quality across the group, while building strong technical expertise in German and international transfer pricing requirements .

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central subject matter expert for transfer pricing governance, ensuring compliant and scalable transfer pricing processes across the Group.
• Coordinate, support and review the preparation and maintenance of OECD-compliant transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local File and supporting documentation requirements.
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and transactional data from Finance, Controlling, and local entities to support transfer pricing calculations and documentation requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and operational application of group transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and intercompany pricing processes.
• Support the preparation, review, and coordination of intercompany agreements in alignment with the applicable transfer pricing model
• Contribute to transfer pricing analyses, benchmarking support, benefit test documentation, and plausibility checks for intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate in continuously improvement of transfer pricing policies, processes, controls, and documentation standards.
• Assist with transfer pricing audits requests, and dispute resolution activities by preparing data, explanations, and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and standardization of templates, workflows, and data quality controls within the Transfer Pricing function.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Qualification as a German Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) is an advantage.
  Professional experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, or Corporate Tax, Fi-nance, Controlling, or leading tax advisory firm; experience in an international envi-ronment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and OECD Transfer Pricing principles and international transfer pricing regulations, with willingness to further develop technical expertise.
• Experience in transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing compliance processes and risk management, and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven, and risk-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP and supporting systems
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, local entities, and external advisors in an international environment
• Fluent English skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
