We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger-integration value delivery. Responsibilities:

  1. Before acquisition: Leading financial buy-side due diligence, translating financials, supporting synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger planning.
  2. After acquisition: Establishing standardized financial reporting, tracking actuals vs. plans, and collaborating with finance teams on performance reports.
  3. Communication: Interacting with senior management, M&A teams, and leading PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willing to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change-making mindset
