We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (Due Diligence, in collaboration with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. This role involves frequent interaction with top Group Management and key stakeholders. We are looking for strategic thinkers with implementation-savvy skills. Responsibilities:

  • Before Acquisition: Lead financial due diligence with external advisors, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger integration planning.
  • After Acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals versus plans, prepare summary reports, and collaborate with the finance team of the acquired company.
  • Communication: Interact closely with the Group Controlling team, senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on experience with local Finance organizations
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg headquarters
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
