We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and monitor financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to value delivery in post-merger integration. Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Acquisition: Lead financial due diligence, translate financials, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning and execution.
  • Post-Acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, track actuals vs. plan, prepare reports, collaborate with finance teams onsite.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A team, senior management, and lead PMI communication to shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multi-priority management skills
  • Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive, change-driven mindset
