You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger-integration value delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning and execution.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monthly tracking and analysis, create summary reports, collaborate with finance teams on-site.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, Chief Integration Officer, M&A team, senior management, and lead PMI-communication with shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
