For our strategic development, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and monitor financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. You will frequently interact with top management and have full visibility of key stakeholders. We are looking for strategically minded individuals with strong implementation skills. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition:
  • Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence with external advisors, collaborating with Finance Directors and M&A team
  • Translate buy-side financials to Apleona standards
  • Participate in synergy and business plan discussions, supporting post-merger integration of 14+ previous acquisitions
  • After acquisition:
  • Establish standardized financial reporting for new acquisitions
  • Monitor actuals vs. plan monthly and discuss with top management
  • Create monthly/quarterly summary reports for each acquisition
  • Collaborate with the finance team of acquired companies to prepare financial performance reports (on-site if necessary)
  • Communication:
  • Work closely with Group Controlling, M&A team, and Corporate Development
  • Engage with senior management, including CEO, CFO, and business unit leaders
  • Lead PMI communication with shareholders, including Tier-1 international PE firms

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Senior stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
