We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to value realization in post-merger integration. You will regularly interact with top management and maintain visibility with key stakeholders. We are looking for strategic thinkers with implementation-savvy skills. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead financial buy-side due diligence, translate financials, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger planning.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals versus plans, prepare summary reports, and collaborate with finance teams on-site.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A, Corporate Development, senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willing to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
