Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leistungsorientierten Kultur.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Pre-acquisition:
  2. Leading Financial Buy Side Due Diligence with external advisors and M&A team.
  3. Translating financials to Apleona standards.
  4. Supporting synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning, and integration.
  5. Post-acquisition:
  6. Establishing standardized financial reporting for new acquisitions.
  7. Monthly tracking of actuals vs. plan and management discussions.
  8. Creating periodic financial performance reports, including on-site collaboration.
  9. Communication:
  10. Interacting with Group Controlling, M&A, and Corporate Development teams.
  11. Engaging with senior management, including the CEO, CFO, and Heads of Business Units.
  12. Leading PMI communication with shareholders, including international PE firms.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling.
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel to Neu Isenburg headquarters.
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills.
