We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and monitor financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger-integration value delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead financial due diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger planning.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, track actuals vs. plans, and prepare summaries for management, including on-site collaboration when necessary.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Group Controlling, M&A team, and senior management; lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
