We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and monitor financial performance and value creation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial aspects of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (Due Diligence, in collaboration with our M&A team) through to post-merger integration and value realization. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead financial due diligence with external advisors, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger planning.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plan, prepare summaries, and collaborate on financial reports, including on-site if needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Group Controlling, M&A, and Corporate Development teams, and communicate with senior management and shareholders, including leading PMI communications to PE investors.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willing to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
