We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth trajectory and monitor financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to value realization in post-merger integration. Responsibilities:

• Before acquisition: Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence, translate financials, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning.
• After acquisition: Standardize financial reporting, track actuals vs. plan, prepare reports, collaborate on financial performance reports.
• Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A team, senior management, and shareholders, leading PMI communication.

Requirements:

• Background in Finance and Controlling
• Experience in Transaction Services (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with local finance teams
• Over 4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
• Proactive mindset and change management skills
