We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence with external advisors, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger planning.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plan, prepare summaries, and collaborate with the acquired company's finance team.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A, and Corporate Development teams, and manage PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multi-priority management skills
  • Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willing to travel to Neu Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
