You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (Due Diligence, in collaboration with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Acquisition: Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning and execution.
  • Post-Acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plan, prepare summary reports, collaborate with finance teams of acquired companies.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A, Corporate Development, senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on with local Finance teams
  • >4 years in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, multitasking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu-Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
