Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead financial due diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning and implementation.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plans, prepare summary reports, collaborate with finance teams on-site.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A team, senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services
  • Hands-on with local finance teams
  • >4 years in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, multitasking, stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
